The pump has a powerful delivery system and an innovative structure, making it ideal for conveying materials that contain liquids such as sand, mud, and coal cinder solids. The pump's control unit, which consists of two components, namely the motor and the pumps, has yet to be completed.
A three-phase synchronous alternating motor is utilized, and the pump is isolated from the system through static sealing. The mechanical seal is a double-ended wave pipe that functions within an oil chamber that is in the process of being filled. An oil-water probe lies between the oil chamber and the motor chamber, preventing water infiltration into the motor chamber whilst the pump set operates efficiently. The pump set comprises of two components: the main impeller and the vice impeller. The vice impeller is used to stir and agitate the solid-liquid mixture, assisting the main impeller in delivering the mixture. The main impeller, on the other hand, is used for absorbing and transferring the solid-liquid mixture.
Structure explanation
The M, AH, AHP, HP, HH, and slurry pumps are all designed with a double pump shell structure, which includes a pump body and a replacement wear-resistant metal lining for the pump cover. The pump cover, which houses the impeller, sheath, guard plate, and other components, is made of either gray cast iron or cast iron that has been ball milled, depending on the working pressure. The pump body is fastened together with the pump cover by fasteners, and the bracket is attached to the pump body with bolts. The pump body also features a stop to prevent damage during operation.
One of the key features of these pumps is the ability to install the outlet at eight different angles by rotating it. Additionally, back blades are installed on the front and back cover plates of the impeller to help prevent leaks and extend the pump's useful life. Overall, these pumps are designed with durability and performance in mind, making them ideal for a wide range of applications in various industries.
The slurry pumps, namely AHR, LR, and MR, have been designed with a unique double pump shell structure. Moreover, these pumps feature a wear- and corrosion-resistant rubber lining on the pump body and cover, including its impeller, front sheath, and rear sheath. The installation form and rotating parts of these pumps are akin to those of the AH, L, and M pumps, which means the pump body and cover are no different from them.
Type D and G pumps are built without any lining, utilizing wearable metal to make up the body, cover, and impeller. What sets these pumps apart is their unique clamping mechanism, allowing for easy assembly between the pump body and cover. Additionally, these pumps have a freely rotating outlet direction, making installation and disassembly a breeze.
The clockwise rotation of each pump is relative to the transmission direction, and they all feature a horizontal inlet. The submersible slurry pump head is also referred to as the pump body and pump cover. It is composed of the pump body and pump cover, which form the pump head of the slurry pump. Both components are responsible for housing the impeller, seal, and bearing parts. The pump body is connected to the rotor through bearings. Together, the pump cover and pump body create an enclosed cavity. The pump cover corresponds to the pump body and is also lined with high chromium alloy or rubber, similar to the pump body.
